Operations Manager

With more than 20 years of experience driving operational efficiency and leading highly competitive companies, Carlos serves as Keystone’s Operations Manager. Before joining Keystone, he oversaw a regional operation in Latin America with over four hundred employees. Enthusiastic about numbers and critical thinking skills, he is a true believer in continuous growth, empathy, and flexibility as the keys to successful leadership. His experience and forward-thinking ideas promote the existing culture of Keystone Waterproofing by implementing world-leading methodologies to streamline processes. Carlos has a bachelor’s in business administration with an MBA from INCAE business school. In his free time, Carlos loves the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
